Mr. O'Toole has been integrally involved in prime contractor divestitures including multiple assignments with Boeing and Northrop Grumman, as well as numerous successful assignments involving privately-held businesses.
Overall, his industry transaction experience spans commercial aerospace, defense electronics and government services sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at a small Southern California-based merchant bank.
Mr. O'Toole played professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds and earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
