Roberto Orecchia

Roberto Orecchia is currently the Deputy Chairman & Scientific Director at TERA Foundation, the Director at Luvi Foundation For Research & Palliative Care, the Scientific Director at Fondazione CNAO, the Director at European Society of Mastology, the Director at Euro Asian Society of Breast Diseases, the Professor at the University of Milan, and the Scientific Manager at CEN Foundation European Centre for Nanomedicine.
He previously served as the Chairman of the Italian Association of Radiation Oncology Lombardy and the Italian Association of Radiobiology.
He was also an Independent Director at SAES Getters SpA from 2009 to 2012.
Additionally, he held the position of Scientific Director at Istituto Europeo di Oncologia SRL and served as the Director of the European Association of Radiotherapy.
He was the President of the International Society of Intraoperative Radiation Theraphy.
Dr. Orecchia obtained his doctorate degree from the University of Turin in 1980.
