Previously, he served as Treasurer of CLST Holdings from May 2004 to November 2005, Vice President and Corporate Controller from February 2001 to April 2004, Corporate Controller from November 1999 to January 2001, Acting Corporate Controller from July 1999 to November 1999 and Director-Audit Services from March 1997 to July 1999.
Mr. Durham was Audit Senior Manager for KPMG from 1990 to 1997.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
