Patrick Lataitis

Mr. Patrick Lataitis is a Senior Director of Investment Group at American Realty Advisors LLC.
He responsible for the oversight and sourcing of new equity and debt real estate investments in the West Region.
Mr. Lataitis began his career in the Asset Management Group at ARA, where he was responsible for the operational oversight of multifamily assets primarily in the Northeast and Western Seaboard.
Since his transition to the Investment Group, Mr. Lataitis has been actively involved the origination, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and financing of over $2.5B of industrial, residential, office, and land transactions nationwide.
Mr. Lataitis has over 8 years of experience.
Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Lataitis held positions at Starpoint Properties, Sands Investment Group, and Concord Real Estate Services in disciplines including acquisitions, brokerage, and property management.
He earned a B.A.
from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.S.
from the University of Southern California.
