Blue Sky Group BV (BSG) is an independent Dutch pension fund management firm which traces their origins to 1999 when they were the in-house asset manager for KLM's retirement funds. Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV (DLAM) is the independent asset management subsidiary of Delta Lloyd NV (XA: DL, ADR: DLLLY) in The Netherlands. Founded in 1807 as Hollandsche Societeit van Levensverzekeringen, one of the first life insurance companies in Europe, the firm became Delta in 1967 and Delta Lloyd in 1969 when Delta and Nedlloyd merged.
