Edward Jones Ltd. (Edward Jones) is the subsidiary of UK-based wealth advisor Towry Law Holdings Ltd. The firm was founded in 1958, acquired by John Scott & Partners in 2006 and the merged business was re-launched in 2007 as Towry Law. In 2009, Edward Jones, one of the UK's leading independent financial advice and investment firms and the UK subsidiary of US-based Edward D Jones & Co LP, was acquired by Towry Law. The firm will operate on a fee-only basis, in line with the existing Towry Law strategy. Edward Jones aims to cater to individual investors in the communities in which they live and work and create long-term investment solutions that emphasize a well-balanced portfolio and a buy-and-hold strategy. Towry Law offers fee-based, independent wealth advice and investment management services to high-net worth individuals.
