Naichang Chen

Mr. Chen is responsible for the accounting and performance measurement activities of the company along with overseeing operations and outsourced fund administration.
Prior to joining Baystar, Mr. Chen worked as an account manager at Bank of New York-Alternative Investment Services, where he was responsible for hedge fund administration.
Before that, he was a senior accountant at Liss, Okun, Goldstein, Okun & Tancer, CPAs, PC, where he gained public auditing, accounting and tax experience.
Mr. Chen is currently pursuing a MS degree in taxation.
He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics from City University of New York in 1997 and he is a CPA and holds CFA designation.
