Before joining Manitou in 2000, Mr. Lam worked as an investment analyst with O'Donnell Investment Management and as a portfolio manager with Burgundy Asset Management.
Mr. Lam was an honours student at the University of Manitoba where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and at Queen's University where he completed an MBA.
