Michael Sares

Mr. Michael Sares is a Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Sares Invest GmbH.
In 2004 he left KS to form his own financial services company Sares Invest GmbH.
He began his financial services career in 1989 as an Equity Trader and Portfolio Manager with Bankhaus Feichtner (a fully owned subsidiary of PSK Bank in Vienna) where he later became Head of Equity Trading.
In 1993 he left to join Merrill Lynch International in Vienna as First Vice President where he had responsibility for developing the Institutional and Private Client business.
In 1999 he was appointed Sales Manager in Merrill Lynch's Frankfurt Office where he managed over thirty Financial Consultants.
In 2000 he moved to KS Asset Management Gesellschaft mbH as Managing Partner before becoming CEO in 2002.
