Marina Borissova

Marina has over 10 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, with a passion for consumer-facing and tech enabled companies.
She primarily leads deal sourcing and execution in the DACH and Iberia regions.
Prior to joining Capdesia, Marina worked at KKR, a leading global investment firm, where she evaluated new investment opportunities and helped portfolio companies access capital to scale their business.
Marina began her career as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance team at Commerzbank in London, where she was involved in numerous European mid-market buy-outs.
Marina holds an MSc in Management from ESCP Europe and is fluent in German, Spanish, French and Bulgarian.
