Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UK) (UBP London) is the Great Britain-based wealth management division of Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA in Switzerland. The firm was founded in 1969 and is a subsidiary of CBI Holding SA, which is owned by H de P SA (Holding de Picciotto). Headquartered in London, UBP London offers their global money management and alternative investment expertise to private and institutional clients worldwide via execution, advisory or discretionary accounts. The firm manages UBP European equities, global emerging markets, and Russian and Turkish funds which are all Luxembourg SICAVs. London is also home to some of UBP’s alternative research activities.

ACPI Investments Ltd. (ACPI) is the wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary of Union Bancaire Privée UBP S.A. (UBP), itself a subsidiary of CBI Holding SA in Switzerland. The firm was founded by Alok Oberoi in 2001 as ACP Partners LLP and merged with TriAlpha Investment Advisors in 2009. The combined business was renamed and rebranded as ACPI Investments Ltd. On 31 December 2018, UBP acquired ACPI. Headquartered in London, the firm provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment management advice for individuals and high net-worth clients, trusts, charities, pensions or corporate entities in separately managed accounts.
