RBS Asset Management has unveiled former Henderson pan European head Kate O'Neill as the firm's new head of distribution.
She was head of pan European distribution and hedge funds at Henderson Global Investors but resigned from her role in April.
She will be responsible for the global distribution of fund products to institutional clients and will report to RBS Asset Management chief executive Philip Basil.
