John V. Webb

Mr. Webb joined Fulcrum in 2008, and oversees the Firm’s Capital Markets activities from its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.
He has over thirty years experience in the securities industry spanning all aspects of capital markets activities.
Before coming to Fulcrum, Mr. Webb was the Managing Partner of Flagstone Securities, LLC, a boutique investment bank and underwriter of over $4 billion in equity securities primarily related to the financial services industry.
John started his career in institutional sales at White, Weld and Company in New York, and has held various positions at such firms as Merrill Lynch & Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert, Oppenheimer & Co., and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. He received his B.A.
degree in Economics in 1974, from the University of Wyoming, and was awarded an M.B.A.
in Finance from Washington University, St. Louis in 1976.
