Capital City Development Corp. operates as local agency. The company operates as redevelopment agency and prepares master plans and manages redevelopment activities within designated urban renewal districts. Currently CCDC is implementing urban renewal master plans in three districts in downtown Boise. Redevelopment activities include both public and private projects. Public projects are used to leverage private development in the plan area.
