Jeffrey W. Osler

Prior to joining Obsidian, Mr. Osler served as Senior Vice President at Durham Whitesell & Associates, LLC, and Durham Capital Corporation.
At Durham Whitesell, he was responsible for indentifying investment opportunities, including management of the due diligence process, and financial analysis and market research.
Mr. Osler's responsibilities with Durham Capital Corporation include management of the firm's public equity portfolio, currently approaching $5 million.
Previously, Mr. Osler served as the General Manager of Hilton Head National Golf Club where he was responsible for daily operations of the 27-hole resort facility, including a staff of 90 and a $5 million annual budget.
In 1998 he oversaw all aspects of the expansion of the course from 18 to 27 holes.
