Edgington is a Managing Director at Andina Capital Management LLC.
Mr. Edgington provides Andina clients with perspectives on the value of their businesses and considerations in a potential sale or other company liquidity approaches, such as recapitalizations and employee stock ownership programs (ESOPs).
He brings a considerable body of knowledge and experience to these efforts.
Mr. Edgington held various directly relevant positions at Contango Capital/Zions Bancorp (Vice President), Green Manning & Bunch (Sr. Associate – Investment Banking/Mergers and Acquisitions), Credit Suisse (Analyst – Investment Banking/Asset Finance) and Price Waterhouse Coopers (Associate – Transaction Services, Valuation and Structuring.) His responsibilities in these roles included use of a variety of tools and strategies in nearly 100 completed corporate finance projects including valuing businesses and executing mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Edgington has been a frequent presenter/speaker at industry conferences and seminars on these topics His degrees and other credentials include a BA in Finance and an AA degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst from The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
