Jason Burbank

Prior to joining ComVest in 2008, Mr. Burbank worked as an IT consultant at companies such as IBM and Merrill Lynch.
During his tenure working in IT, he received his Certified SAP Consultant from the SAP Partner Academy in Englewood Colorado with a focus on financial accounting.
While developing an expertise in IT with integration in financial accounting, he decided to focus his career in Asset Based Lending serving as a consultant for large banks such as Bank of America, HSBC, GE Capital, and Wells Fargo before taking a full time position with The CIT Group in New York, NY.
At CIT, he was responsible for performing collateral field exams and issuing reports to management as to the valuation of assets.
In addition to the field exam work, he developed an inventory tracking system that provides eligibility based on numerous criteria that is used throughout the banking industry.
Mr. Burbank received a BA from Pace University with a focus on Accounting Information Systems.
In August 2007, he received a Certified Fraud Examiner certification with the registered auditor designation.
