Iris Chan

Iris Chan is Senior Director, Tax for Private Infrastructure for CBRE Investment Management.
In this role she is responsible for implementing and maintaining tax efficient and tax compliant investment and fund structures, for the managed funds and separate accounts as well as the corporate entities.
Iris joined the firm in 2020.
Prior to that, she was with Deloitte LLP’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice in Toronto, with a focus on private equity and investment funds, mergers and acquisitions inbound into Canada, as well as outbound from Canada.
Iris is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant certificate holder from the State of Delaware and a CFA Charterholder.
She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Waterloo.
