Hisanori Ezoe

Dr. Ezoe has over twenty years of experience at Yamanouchi Pharmaceutical Co., one of the top three Japanese pharmaceutical companies, where he held management positions in the R&D Planning and Coordinating Department and International Licensing Department.
He has extensive experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical research and development particularly in the areas of molecular and cell biology.
While spending three years at Yamanouchi USA, he visited various bioventures and negotiated licensing deals.
Dr. Ezoe also has contacts in many of the Japanese pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related companies.
Prior to joining Biofrontier Partners, Inc., he served as Director of Genomics at the Research Association for Biotechnology in Tokyo, Japan.
While there, he was responsible for coordinating and promoting two NEDO projects, "Genome Informatics" and "Sequencing of full-length human cDNA." Dr. Ezoe received his doctorate in Molecular Biology from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and his undergraduate and Master's degrees in Agricultural Chemistry and Microbial Genetics, respectively, from the University of Tokyo.
