Helene Schuberth

Dr. Helene Schuberth is the Head of the Foreign Research Division at Österreichische Nationalbank.
She rejoined the firm in 2009 and is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at the University of Graz.
In 1991, Dr. Schuberth was a Financial Analyst at the Economic Analysis Division at Oesterreichische Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG.
From 1991 to 1993, she was a University Assistant at the Department of Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
From 2007 to 2008, she was an Economic Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Austria at the Federal Chancellery of the Republic of Austria.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Vienna.
She also has a Ph.D.
in Economics from the University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
