The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is a professional association that supports business analysis professionals in delivering better business outcomes. The non-profit company is based in Toronto, Canada. With almost 30,000 members, over 100 chapters, and more than 500 training, academic, and corporate partners worldwide, IIBA is the voice of the business analysis community. The organization supports the recognition of the profession, networking and community engagement, standards and resource development, and comprehensive certification programs. Delvin Fletcher has been the CEO of the Canadian company since 2020.
