Mr. Gildas Hita de Nercy is a Chairman at Ellipsis Asset Management SA. In 1987, Mr. Hita de Nercy founded Sophis, a modelling platform for convertible bonds and equity derivatives.
In 1992, he joined Exane Group to develop research on convertibles bonds, credit and options.
After 20 years as Head of Derivatives Research, he moved to Ellipsis AM in 2012 as Chairman of the Board.
He graduated from Supelec Engineering School in 1982.
