Ghassan Ayoub

Mr. Ghassan Ayoub is a Global Head of Convertible & Derivative Arbitrage at Sculptor Capital Management Europe Ltd.
Mr. Ayoub is also an Executive Managing Director and a member of the Portfolio Committee.
Since joining Sculptor Capital in 2001, Mr. Ayoub has spent time in both the London and Hong Kong offices.
After three years in London, he relocated to Hong Kong, where he spent 10 years building the Firm’s Asian convertible bond business.
He also facilitated the business’s diversification into other volatility strategies.
Mr. Ayoub relocated to the London office, where he now oversees the Firm’s global Convertible and Derivative Arbitrage strategy.
Prior to joining Sculptor Capital, Mr. Ayoub was a Vice President in the Asian and Japanese Convertible Bond Trading Department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
Mr. Ayoub began his career in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Ayoub holds a B.S.
in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Philosophy in Economics from Oxford University.
