Enid Borden

Enid Borden is a Director of The Visiting Nurse Associations of America.
She is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Meals On Wheels Association of America (MOWAA).
Ms. Borden was Deputy Commissioner of Policy and External Affairs for the Social Security Administration and Director of Public Affairs and Legislative Affairs for the Office of Human Development Services.
She was a Faculty Member for the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at Goucher College.
Ms. Borden received a Bachelor's degree from Alfred University and a Master's degree from Adelphi University.
She holds a Certificate of Completion in Essentials of Decision Making from the John F.
Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
