David manages development projects throughout the Bay Area and advises on entitlements, design, construction and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Ellis Partners, David was Vice President of Development & Construction for Jamestown, LP, where he led development projects of all use types and managed an internal team of development and construction managers.
Earlier in his career, David was a Project Manager for Plant Construction Company where he built a niche in challenging historic rehabilitation and seismic upgrade projects.
David has a degree in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
He serves on the board of San Francisco Heritage and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
