Mr. Kostaroff was previously employed as an Associate Portfolio Manager by NGAM Advisors LP and a Financial Planner by Plante Moran Financial Advisors LLC.
Mr. Kostaroff received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner.
