Cindy Bowles

Cindy Bowles is Accounting and Reporting Manager for Meritus Ventures.
Her responsibilities include maintenance of all financial records and preparation of financial and compliance reports, including internal management reports, external compliance reports, and reports to the Limited Partners.
Ms. Bowles is also responsible for financial and compliance reports for the Southern Appalachian Fund, L.P.
and is the Controller for Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation.
Ms. Bowles joined Kentucky Highlands in 1995 as controller and is responsible for the external reporting for various funding sources and monthly internal reports including management reports and the consolidated financial statements of Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Ms. Bowles prepares annual business plan projections and assists management in the preparation of funding applications and special projects as necessary.
She also provides technical assistance to investee company accounting personnel as needed.
Prior to employment at Kentucky Highlands, Ms. Bowles was employed as Accounting Manager at T.Q., Inc. in Monticello, Kentucky and was Senior General Ledger Clerk in the Financial Reporting division at Tesoro Petroleum Corporation in San Antonio, Texas.
Ms. Bowles attended San Antonio College where she completed courses in accounting and has completed various work related courses in computer software applications and accounting.
