Prior to joining BOS in 2008, Mr. Merian worked as a Senior Fixed Income Account Manager with Charles Schwab for 15 years, advising institutions, corporations, and high value individual accounts on fixed income investments and other related needs.
Prior to Schwab, he was in institutional bond sales at Swiss Volksbank in London and the retail stock brokerage group at Baraban Securities in Santa Clara, California.
Mr. Merian received his B.A.
from the University of Southern California and earned an M.A.
Occidental College.
He is currently pursuing the Certified Financial PlanningTM designation.
He lives in Belmont with his wife and two boys.
