Banque CIC SA (Suisse) is the Swiss investment advisory subsidiary of Crédit Industriel et Commercial SA (PA: CC), itself wholly-owned by Groupe CM-CIC in France. The bank was formerly known as Bank CIAL (Switzerland) and was a branch of the French regional bank CIAL-Crédit Industriel d'Alsace et de Lorraine, based in Strasbourg. Established in 1909, Banque CIC SA (Suisse) is headquartered in Basel with branches throughout Switzerland. The bank's activities include asset management and investment advisory services, private banking, commercial banking and trade finance. Their clientele spans Switzerland, Western Europe and the US. Banque CIC SA (Suisse) manages Luxembourg-domiciled funds as well as funds of funds.
