Brian Bill

Mr. Brian Bill is Vice President at Stockbridge Capital Group LLC.
He serves as an Asset Manager with responsibilities for assets in the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Bill has more than ten years of real estate industry experience in asset management and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Mr. Bill was a Vice President for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisor, Inc., where he held asset management responsibilities for over $200 million of industrial properties as well as for a $400 million self-storage company.
While at Morgan Stanley, he also underwrote and closed over $100 million of new industrial properties.
Formerly, Mr. Bill served as an accountant for Cargill, Inc., a commodities processing company out of Gainesville, Georgia.

in Accounting from the Henry B.
