Oh-Joon Kwon is currently the Vice Chairman of the World Steel Association since 2017.
He was previously the President & CEO of POSCO Holdings Inc. in 2014.

Dr. Kwon holds a doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a graduate degree from the University of Windsor, and an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University.
