Nirmal Kumar Khurana occupies the position of CFO, Finance Director & Secretary at Rossell India Ltd.

He is also on the board of BMG Enterprises Ltd. and R.C. Merchandise Pvt Ltd. and Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Member of The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Mr. Khurana previously was Secretary & Head-Finance at Apeejay Tea Ltd., Associate Member at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Associate Member at The Chartered Governance Institute.

He received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Calcutta.
