Ji Cai Yang is currently the Chairman of Xuzhou Yuanquan Environmental Engineering Co. Ltd., Shanghai Xiangyin Road Tunnel Construction Development Ltd., and Jiangsu Dazhong Water Group Co. Ltd.
He is also the Chief General Manager of Shanghai Junji Environmental Industry Co. Ltd.
In the past, he served as the Chairman-Supervisory Board of Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd.
from 2017 to 2020.
He was also the Chairman of Shanghai Dazhong Environment Industry Co. Ltd.
and Shanghai Dazhong Jiading Sewage Co. Ltd.
Additionally, he was a Director at China Tourism & Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd.
from 1998 to 2005.
Mr. Yang received his undergraduate degrees from Fudan University in 1981 and East China Normal University in 1997.
