He is also Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Member of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

In his past career Mr. Heng held the position of Manager at RSM Bird Cameron.
