Currently, Derek Randall is Managing Director at JSW Severfield Structures Ltd. Dr. Randall is also on the board of Severfield Plc.

In his past career he held the position of Member-Executive Council at Steel Construction Institute and Commercial Director-Long Products Division at Corus Group Ltd.

Derek Randall received an MBA from Warwick Business School and a doctorate from Nottingham Business School.
