Damian Peter Hicks founded Hannans Ltd. Presently, he is Chairman at Kiruna Iron AB.

He is also on the board of Hannans Ltd. (former Managing Director & Director), Growth Equities Pty Ltd., Corporate Board Services Pty Ltd. and Critical Metals Ltd. (Australia) and Member of Australian Institute of Co. Directors.

In the past Mr. Hicks held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Errawarra Resources Ltd. and Executive Chairman & Managing Director at Scandinavian Resources Ltd.
