Susan Landry

Ms. Landry is a vice president and research director in Gartner Research and Advisory Services.
She leads Gartner’s worldwide research agenda for banking, with responsibility for core and GartnerG2 research.
Her direct area of expertise is in banking trends and strategies, customer experience management, multichannel integration and e-business strategy.
She also has extensive background in cash management and electronic payments.
Ms. Landry has 24 years of financial services experience.
Prior to joining Gartner, she was vice president of product management for BankBoston’s Global Cash Management business, where she led the introduction of several Internet products including information reporting, wire transfer and the first all-electronic check solution for use over the Internet.
She served as the Financial Services Technology Consortium’s project manager for the U.S.
Department of the Treasury’s e-check pilot.
