Ruth Zemansky-Theiss

Ms. Zemansky-Theiss is responsible for all aspects of contract fulfillment including asset due diligence, funding documentation, client customer service and compliance tracking.
Prior to joining Lighthouse in 1999, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a Business Banking Officer, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Loans and New Business Portfolios.
She also has worked for Sadler & Company Insurance Brokers and Metropolitan Life Insurance as a Life Agent and is a Paralegal.
Ms. Zemansky-Theiss has a Business Degree from the American Institute of Banking and her Paralegal Diploma from University of California at Berkeley.
