Robert J.
Wilson was the founder of The Teardroppers, Inc. (founded in 2013) where he held the title of Chief Financial & Accounting Officer from 2013 to 2014.
He is currently the Managing Partner at Forte Group LLC (since 2002) and the Vice President-Finance at Biofuels Power Corp.
(since 2004).
In his former positions, Mr. Wilson served as the Chief Executive Officer & Director at StemGen, Inc. (2014-2015) and as the President, CEO, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer & CAO at Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (2013-2017).
He also held various director roles at American Security Resources Corp., American Enterprise Development Corp., and Gulf Alternative Energy Corp.
Additionally, he was a Director at Source One Healthcare Professionals, Inc. (2011-2013) and Exiger LLC.
Prior to that, he worked as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Pricewaterhouse LLP, and as the Vice President-Compliance & Internal Audit at Kemper Securities Group, Inc. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at Spotlight Capital Holdings, Inc.Mr. Wilson obtained his undergraduate degree from Houston Baptist University in 2005.
