Ray Sweet

Mr. Ray Sweet is a Chief Executive Officer at PSA Financial Advisors, Inc. He joined the firm as the Chief Financial Officer in May of 2010.
In 2019, he was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of PSA. He’s a resourceful, results-oriented business management executive who brings unique leadership and vision to PSA. Before joining PSA’s leadership team, Mr. Swwet led JPB Enterprises as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for seven years.
There he oversaw all company financial functions, participated in the firm’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices, and founded the company’s outsourcing practice.
Other leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager for Broadcast Sports, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for CHEMSPEC, Inc., a multi-national specialty chemical manufacturer.
Mr. Ray Sweet is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
He is a Past president and board member of Financial Executives International, functions as chair of the investment committee and board member of Roland Park Place, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition to earning his CPA, he graduated with an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Towson University.
