Rainer Hoegg

Rainer Hoegg joined Global Life Science Ventures in 2004 from a former portfolio company.
After obtaining a Master of Science degree in biology from the University of Constance in 2000, he studied business administration with a focus on accounting and controlling at the Technical University of Munich and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
His MBA thesis covered the valuation of biotechnology ventures.
Prior to joining GLSV, Rainer gained experience in technology evaluation and financial analysis and reporting at several start-up companies in the financial service and biotechnology industries.
