R. Seshadri

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Sesh as he is known, has over 19 years of experience, of which the last 15 years have been outside India.
After working in India for Royal Enfield and Ashok Leyland (1985 to 1989), he left India to pursue his career overseas.
From 1991 to 1995, he was working in Muscat in a Bahwan group company.
His significant experience for the last 10 years has been with Compass Group in Malaysia, part of the UK-based Compass Group, the world’s largest foodservice organization.
After various roles in finance and project-related matters, Sesh was promoted as Chief Operating Officer for the Group’s operations in Malaysia from 2000 to 2003.
During this period, he set up and streamlined operational processes to improve productivity and consistency of quality.
In 2004, he was made the Chief Financial Officer for the Group’s businesses in Singapore and Malaysia.
As Vice President- Quality, Sesh brings with him a wealth of international experience in customer service helping Allsec improve its well-established quality processes and take them to new heights.
