Prior to joining Presidio in June 2007, Mr. Spiegelman was an Associate with the Structured Finance Group at Stone & Youngberg in San Francisco.
At Stone & Youngberg, Mr. Spiegelman completed capital raising assignments and asset-backed financings for a variety of companies and corporate issuers of securities.
Prior to Stone & Youngberg, Mr. Spiegelman worked in international corporate real estate for CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco and Tokyo.
Mr. Spiegelman received his M.B.A.
from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his B.A.
in Spanish Literature from the University of California at Los Angeles.
He is fluent in Japanese and Spanish and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
