Joseph Tinaglia

Mr. Joseph Tinaglia is Vice President at Vista Equity Partners Management LLC.
Prior to joining Vista in June 2015, Mr. Tinaglia served as a Vice President at Madison Capital Funding LLC where, most recently, he was a member of the team responsible for raising, structuring and managing separate investor account relationships and managed funds.
In addition to his credit responsibilities, Joe collaborated with team members to establish policy, strategy and best practices to grow the third-party asset management platform.
Previously at Madison, he underwrote and managed senior credit facilities supporting financial sponsor transactions, managing all aspects of the underwriting process including loan structuring, due diligence and financial modeling as well as legal documentation and negotiation.
He held additional strategic responsibilities while at Madison including the recruitment of new underwriting team members.
Prior to Madison, he was a credit analyst in the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase.
Mr. Tinaglia received his B.S.
in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
