Before joining GSO Capital Partners, Mr. McHale worked for Brevan Howard where he was a Portfolio Manager in the Structured Finance Group, and Nomura Securities where he was a Managing Director and head of Structured Product Sales.
Prior to that Mr. McHale worked at Credit Suisse Securities, as a Managing Director and previously at Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette, as a Managing Director.
He was also a Senior Vice President at Smith Barney, and Senior Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Mr. McHale holds a BA in Finance from Hofstra University.
