Gail A. Russell

Ms. Russell joined Hartline in March of 2001.
In 1980, she graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign with a B.S.
in Business Administration.
She received her J.D.
from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1983 and her LLM (masters in tax law) in 1984, also from Washington University.
Prior to joining Hartline, Ms. Russell worked at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago as a Vice President in the estate administration division of the trust department for 14 1/2 years.
In her position, she was responsible for working with families and their advisors in settling decedent's estates.
She is a member of both the Illinois and Ohio bars.
She is a former chairman of the Probate Practice Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
She lives in Kenilworth, Illinois, with her husband Bill and her three children, Sarah, Andy, and Jack.
