Ben Zlotoff

Ben joined AVALT in 2021 to work alongside management teams on value creation initiatives in AVALT’s portfolio.
Ben previously spent seven years at Catalant Technologies, a VC-backed online marketplace connecting enterprises with consulting resources.
During his time at Catalant, he led commercial, operational, and analytical teams before spending two years as CFO.
Ben started his career at Bain & Company, focusing on engagements primarily in consumer and industrial verticals.
Ben received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was the elected President of his section.
He received a B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, where he was a captain of the varsity swim team.
Ben lives in Boston with his wife, Sarah, and their daughter.
