Andrew Thornborrow

Mr. Andrew Thornborrow is General Counsel at BlueRun Ventures.
He joined BlueRun Ventures in 2007, from Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, a leading Silicon Valley law firm focused on the representation of technology companies.
He has represented start-up, emerging growth and public companies, venture capital funds and venture and institutional investors, and specializes in corporate and securities law, public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital fund formation.
Mr. Thornborrow holds a J.D.
from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A.
in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
