Yossef Halfon

Yossef Halfon is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Suny Cellular Communication Ltd.
He previously worked at Cellcom Israel Ltd.
as the Director of the Planning and Control department from 1994 to 2012.
Mr. Halfon holds a Master's in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which he received in 2001, and an undergraduate degree from The Open University of Israel, which he received in 1995.
