Ajay Bijli was the founder of PVR Ltd., where he served as the Chairman & Managing Director from 1995 to 2023.
He is also the founder of PVR INOX Ltd., founded in 1995.
Currently, Mr. Bijli holds multiple positions including Director at Bijli Investments Ltd., Priya Exhibitors Pvt Ltd., PVR Pictures Ltd., and iPic-Gold Class Entertainment LLC.
He is also the Managing Director of Cinemax India Ltd.
since 2013.
